TOAST at Colne Engaine School

St Andrew's Earls Colne

You are warmly welcome to come to St Andrew's, the Parish church of Earls Colne. Step inside the church doors for one of our services and our welcomers will be pleased to help you find a seat and introduce you to others.

Children are very welcome too and noise is not a problem! We have a regular Sunday School 'Little Doves' that runs in the Tower Room at the back of the church where children can be left safely and where parents can escape to with babies that are in need of attention.

Services are held every Sunday at St Andrew's Earls Colne. Parish Communion services are usually held by Revd. Vivien Brooks but as we share her with the parishes of Colne Engaine and White Colne, other Sunday services are taken by Revd Clifford Norris and Christians in the Parish. Every month we have a Team Swap Sunday when either Revd. Geoff Bayliss or Revd. John Blore will officiate.

After church we invite all to stay and have a coffee or tea and chat!
Situation Vacant: PCC Secretary
As from May 2008 the Earls Colne PCC will need a new Secretary because Margaret is standing down from the PCC, having served for 24 years. A typewriter or computer, keyboard skills and experience of taking minutes of meetings would be useful, but not essential. If you are interested in taking on this important, honorary post, or would like more information, please have a word with us:

For up-to-date information on this week's readings and news we have made several pages of the Parish Magazine available for download from our Noticeboard

Please note our important Facilities Appeal (the polite term for our 'Loo' appeal!) for funds to be used for the benefit of all church visitors!
