'Stuff' for Teenz! This is where fun and fellowship come together. Our leaders are very 'in tune' with young people and are keen to learn from them too. So come to listen and to share your views, ask all those tough questions and don't forget to bring your humour as there's always a laugh! |

Youth Emmaus ....is our annual Christian basics and confirmation course for young people. Fun, lively, usually with food. A good way to discover why the Christian faith is important to life in the 21st century. It is nicknamed The Crush see below... |

The Crush ....meet once a month on a Sunday evening rotating around the parishes. The Crush is for young enquirers who meet to discuss faith, the Church, social responsibility and all sorts of interesting subjects whilst eating pizza, singing, drawing and generally having a good time!.... This course can lead to confirmation. We meet in one of the villages in the team once a month on the 4th Sunday. Aimed at young people aged 11 to 20 it is both a social time and a time to grow in our understanding of what it means to be a Christians in our world today |

TECS (Team Evening Communion Service) .... takes place monthly in rotation at one of the groups six parish churches. The service includes new worship songs accompanied by guitar and other instruments and an informal mix of prayers and talks ending with time to meet others over refreshments. TECS was designed to provide a traditional church service that retains the vital elements of the Communion. The idea came from suggestions from younger people in the Halstead area whilst they were attending The Crush in preparation for their confirmation. All are welcome to these services which are held in the Parish Church and start at 6pm. Expect to be there for about one hour by the time you’ve had coffee and a chat after. |
