TECS (Team Evening Communion Service) |
|
Each month we go to the Team Evening Communion Service. Held in one of the churches of the team and giving us a chance to worship and break bread together.
The service is informal and we sit at the front of the church in a circle or in front pews and the choir stalls - depending upon the layout of each church. |
TECS Dates for 2011 |
| The music is supplied by our volunteer band (new players very welcome) and we sing modern worship songs. We often read together or readings are acted as a mini drama whilst prayers are aided by a variety of clever activities or physical props. All this plus communion and refreshments in one hour!
We end the service with refreshments which usually include yummy flapjacks and cakes! This gives us time to meet each other, share ideas and news. |

| You will find TECS on a rolling programme around the six parishes in the Team. TECS starts at 6pm and lasts about an hour ending with refreshments. | ||||
