Posters
Posters need to be displayed in windows, on boards and in cars 01/08/08 Leaflets To be distributed to every home and business in the 6 parishes. Please tell us which road(s) you can deliver to (or sign the list in your church) 01/09/08
Banners
Banners will be on the church railings and other obvious places. We need people to tie them and keep a check on them, plus retrieve them at the end. 01/08/08 to 28/09/08
Road Signs
We have 50 road signs for the team and need prominent places to put them. Have you a road side garden or land, or know someone who has? 01/09/08 to 28/09/08
Photographer
We need a photographer to take digital pictures at each of the public events – for the website and publicity. Please let us know which events you can cover. 21/09/08 to 28/09/08
Journalist
We need a write up after each event for the website diary and newspapers. Tell us when you can help. 21/09/08 to 28/09/08
Drivers
The visiting trainee vicars may not have cars. They are staying with hosts in the parishes. Can you help with driving them about? Tell us when you can help. 21/09/08 to 28/09/08
Meal hosts
Invite a few enquiring friends and a trainee vicar to a meal (can be morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea or a light evening meal). Please tell us what you can do. 21/09/08 to 28/09/08
Prayers
Please pray for the Come and See week and all of the events during the week including the clergy and trainees from Westcott House.Now!
